Exhibiting at a show is very visitor-focused. Make sure you keep an eye on your staff too! Long days of exhibiting can be exhausting.

A happy, healthy exhibitor is ready to tackle an event with enthusiasm so ensure everybody is taking care of themselves.

• Keep hydrated (but keep water bottles stored out of sight).
• Wear comfortable shoes.
• Get plenty of sleep the night before.
• Take regular breaks - including a healthy lunch break.
• Wear layers so you can adjust to the climate - the exhibition space is likely to be too hot or too cold for your personal preference.
• Ensure stand staff are working reasonable hours. It could be worth rotating personnel.
• Allow somewhere for staff to sit.
